Terms of Service

Last updated: July 3, 2026

Acceptance of terms

By creating a Calltime account or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use Calltime.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and work in, or be actively seeking work in, the live event production industry (touring, corporate, broadcast, theatrical, or similar) to create a Calltime account.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information on your profile and for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

Content you post

You own the content you post — show credits, comments, photos, and anything else you add to your profile. By posting it, you grant Calltime a license to display, store, and distribute that content within the platform so other members can see it.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other members.
  • Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
  • Fabricate show credits or misrepresent your work history.
  • Use a personal account for commercial recruiting — sourcing or contacting members on behalf of a company — without a company subscription.
  • Sharing personal contact information (email addresses, phone numbers, or other direct contact details) in public content including posts, comments, gig descriptions, or profile information is prohibited. Calltime provides built-in tools for professional connection — use them.
Subscriptions and billing

Company accounts run on a subscription plan billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your company billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don't provide prorated refunds for partial periods.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, depending on your plan) unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will receive an email reminder before your annual subscription renews. You authorize Calltime to charge your payment method on file for each renewal period until you cancel.

Refunds and cancellation

You may cancel your company subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then.

Calltime does not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-month or mid-year, you will not receive a prorated refund for the unused portion.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact billing@calltime.social within 30 days of the charge and we will review your case.

Calltime reserves the right to cancel or suspend accounts that violate these Terms without refund.

Termination

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including fraudulent credentials, harassment, or unauthorized commercial recruiting. We aim to warn you first where the violation isn't severe, but we reserve the right to act immediately when needed to protect the platform or its members.

Limitation of liability

Calltime is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of it, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Third party affiliations

Calltime is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to IATSE, the Teamsters, or any other union or labor organization. References to union membership or certifications on user profiles are self-reported by users and do not constitute verification of membership status or affiliation. Calltime makes no representations regarding the accuracy of union-related information provided by users.

Dispute resolution

You and Calltime agree to resolve any disputes through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring claims in small claims court if they qualify.

The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in Dallas, Texas, or via videoconference.

YOU AND CALLTIME WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS.

This arbitration agreement does not apply to claims for injunctive or other equitable relief related to intellectual property disputes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
